Your evening

The work is what you already do, in QuickBooks, from home

What you do at your day job, and the same task for a US client in your evening.

1

You record the bills

You enter a US client's bills and expenses in QuickBooks, the same way you post them in Tally.

2

You reconcile the bank

You match their bank feed to the books, line by line, until it ties.

3

You close the month

You run the month-end close: accruals, adjustments and a clean trial balance.

4

You send the report

You send the owner a monthly report: profit and loss, balance sheet and what changed.

5

You answer the questions after

The owner asks why a number moved. You know, because you closed the books.

You don't need a CA or a CPA for any of this.

The work

Why an accountant's evening is their morning

How the time difference works in your favour.

01

Your day job ends around 6

Dinner, family, and then a quiet hour or two at home.

02

New York opens at about 8:30 PM IST

Their working day begins as your evening settles down.

03

You work while they work

Questions get answered the same evening, not the next day.

04

The file is ready before their next day

The owner opens a closed month and a finished report.

05

Your day job stays as it is

This is a second income, alongside the job you have now.

One chartered accountant already serves around 85 US clients on Fiverr alongside his own practice.

Two ways in

Two ways to grow, both from home

Both start with the books you already keep every day.

Route 1

US clients of your own, in the evenings

Monthly bookkeeping for US small businesses, found on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.

Day 3 shows where this work is found and how Indian accountants win it.

Route 2

The Enrolled Agent licence, when you are ready

A US tax licence from the IRS that you can write from India.

It asks for no degree. Day 2 maps the three papers, paced for working people.

Start with bookkeeping clients. Add the licence when you want to grow into US tax work.

Why now

If you start now, you get a head start

US firms hire on skill. The bills, bank and month-end you handle every day are the skills they screen for.

Your evenings are already free. The six-month plan from Day 3 turns them into a second income, step by step.

What you hold after the three evenings

From the sessions themselves, not from a promise.

QuickBooks and Xero, and what transfers from Tally.
The top 20 skills US firms screen for, as a checklist.
A six-month plan and a ready first pitch for your first US client.

Your first message to a US client does not start from a blank page.

This is a free educational programme. It does not promise a job, a client or income. What you earn depends on your skills and your outreach.

The 3 days

Your three evenings, in detail

9 hours, live, on three evenings. After your working day.

Day 1

Sat 14 Nov · 6 to 9 PM IST

The map and your route

  • Why US firms hire Indian accountants on skill, and where your experience fits.
  • The two routes: US bookkeeping now, and the Enrolled Agent licence later.
  • How the time difference makes your evenings their working day.

You leave knowing which route fits your day job.

Day 2

Sun 15 Nov · 6 to 9 PM IST

The skills and the toolstack

  • QuickBooks and Xero without the jargon, and what transfers from Tally.
  • The top 20 skills US firms screen for.
  • The three Enrolled Agent papers, and a prep map paced for working people.

You leave with the skills map and the toolstack.

Day 3

Mon 16 Nov · 7 to 10 PM IST

The clients

  • Where US accounting work is found, and how Indian accountants win it.
  • What a first engagement looks like, from first message to monthly report.
  • Your Upwork profile and a ready first pitch.
  • The six-month plan you leave with.

You leave with your pitch and your plan.

Live only, with questions answered on the call. There are no recordings, by design. You also get the notes, the templates and a certificate.

Your head start

From your day job to your first US client, in 3 steps

What you do in the weeks after the camp:

01

Set up QuickBooks with a sample company

Record bills, reconcile a bank and close one month, the way Day 2 shows.

02

Put your profile up

On Upwork or Fiverr, with the profile and pitch from Day 3.

03

Send your first pitch

A few each week, in your evenings, following the six-month plan.

A US owner who gets a clean month-end usually keeps you for the next one.

Proof

What you leave the camp with

Who this is for

You are in the right room if

  • You work in accounts all day.
  • Your evenings are free after about 6.
  • You record bills, reconcile banks and close months already.
  • You want a second income in dollars without quitting your job.
  • You can give three evenings, live, on 14 to 16 November.

Your day job in accounts is the qualification. The camp shows you the US clients and the tools.

Questions

Straight answers

Is it really free?

Yes. All three live sessions are free. No card and no fee to register.

Do I need to quit my job?

No. The work is done in your evenings, alongside your day job.

Will my employer mind?

Check your employment contract for any rule on outside work. Keep your US clients separate from your employer's clients.

How is US month-end different from what I do now?

The steps are the same: bills, bank, adjustments and a report. The software, the chart of accounts and US sales tax are what change. Day 2 walks through them.

Can I start with just one client?

Yes. Most accountants start with one US client, learn the rhythm of a US month-end, and then add the next one.

Do I need a CA or a CPA?

No. US bookkeeping clients hire on skill. The Enrolled Agent licence asks for no degree either.

I only know Tally.

Day 2 covers QuickBooks and Xero, and what transfers from Tally. Most of the logic is the same.

What is the Enrolled Agent licence?

A US tax licence from the IRS that you can write from India. It lets you represent taxpayers on federal tax matters.

Do you find clients for me?

No. We show you where the work is found and give you a ready first pitch. The sending is yours.

What are the timings?

Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 November, 6 to 9 PM IST, and Monday 16 November, 7 to 10 PM IST. Nine hours in total.

Is it recorded?

No. Live only, by design. You keep the notes, templates and a certificate.
