Ramanuj has 12+ years of experience in legal education. His impact reverberates through ventures like iPleaders and SuperLawyer, CLATHacker, where he served as Founder and Chief Mentor, along with founding ClikLawyer and InstaLaw Workshops. From Freelancer to Associate Private Equity, M&A in Trilegal, to founding various startups, he started out small with little resources but a big plan to take legal education to the remotest locations across India and eventually to the world. A graduate of West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences with B.SC. LLB degree earned in 2011.

Abhyuday Agarwal

Co-Founder and COO

Abhyuday has 12+ years of experience in legal education. His Journey is enriched by diverse roles such as Co-Founder of CloudTrain, associate in Corporate & Restructuring at Trilegal where he primarily worked on foreign investments into India, restructuring of Indian Companies. He also co-founded Super Lawyer and his influence extends to NUJS Law Review, where he served as Student Editor on the Board of Editors. He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences in 2011.

Komal Shah

Co-Founder, Chief Knowledge Officer

Komal holds an illustrious career spanning over 18+ years. Her impactful journey features pivotal roles at esteemed organizations including Northern Trust Corporation, where she excelled as Manager of Company Secretarial. She showcased her legal prowess as an Officer in the legal department at Citi Financial Services and Senior Associate at Depfa Bank. Notably, she held key positions such as Assistant Company Secretary at EcoSecurities and Company Secretary, Legal and Compliance Officer at Damas. Her legal acumen shone through at India Infoline Ltd as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Komal's academic laurels include an ACIS in Corporate Law from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, M.Com. LLB in Accountancy and Law from Gujarat University, and a CS in Corporate Law from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Siddhant Singh Baid

Co-Founder, CMO, Finance Head

Siddhant holds an extensive professional journey spanning 16+ years. Before joining Lawsikho, he was associated with Tsecond Generation Technology as Chief Strategy Officer, Vice President at Angelworks, and Incubator Manager (Head) at Indian Angel Network. He held various positions of responsibility in the Banking and Finance sector as well such as Vice President at HSBC Commercial Banking, Senior Manager with Yes Bank's Commercial Banking division, and Managerial role at HDFC Bank's Emerging Corporates Group. Siddhant is equipped with a B.Tech from Kurukshetra University (2006) and an M.B.A from Symbiosis Institute of International Business (2008).

Dr. Harsh Jain

Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer

Harsh holds a remarkable career spanning 9 years. As a UGC-NET JRF scholar and a coach on cracking various law-related competitive exams for the past 11 years, Harsh has acquired unique insights on how people can build a successful career in law. His experience as a lecturer at Dausa Law College has given him tremendous exposure to the state of legal education in different parts of India. His association with iPleaders as a Managing Editor showcased his impactful contributions. Dr. Harsh Jain holds an LLB from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University and earned an LLM from Pacific University Udaipur in 2015.

Yash Vijayvargiya

Yash is a dynamic professional, passionately driving upskilling endeavors to create the best learning experience for our students. His leadership extends to LawSikho, where he is instrumental in advancing upskilling initiatives for our courses including Foreign Bar exams. Prior to joining LawSikho, Yash's career journey encompasses a rich tapestry of experiences, including his role as In-House Counsel at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and his tenure as a Junior Legal Associate at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices. Over a span of 12 years, Yash has cultivated a profound understanding of the legal landscape, underpinned by his LL.B degree from West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, earned in 2016.

Priyanka Karwa

Co-founder of LawSikho and SkillArbitrage. Director of Employability and Placements

Priyanka is our home-grown talent who excelled in every challenge and opportunity given to her since the inception of Lawsikho. In April 2021, she was bestowed upon with the responsibility of establishing a new department to provide guidance and support to learners in securing freelance opportunities on various platforms. She started the freelance department all by herself and now leads a team of 45 people. Currently her team places 800+ students in freelance opportunities and jobs on a monthly basis. She has played a key role in launching various courses such as virtual assistant, content writing, remote freelancing work, etc. Her academic foundation includes a PGDBA in Finance Management, adding to her versatile skill set and experience of 8+ years.

Harman Saini

Chief People Officer

Harman is a result oriented professional with more than 17 years of extensive experience in People management, Recruitment, Learning and talent development. After completing her Graduation and Masters in Psychology in 2006, she began her career in the Soft skills training and coaching domain. She ventured into Academics and trainings with Educomp Solutions in 2010, then into the Hospitality Industry in 2013, accomplishing various management roles with The Leela Group, Sheraton Hotels and Marriott International. Prior to joining LawSikho, she was associated with Unacademy as Manager HR Strategy & Operations implementing OKR Methodology.
